AEIP – Executive Director
The European Association of Paritarian Institutions [1] (AEIP) in February 2020 announced the appointment of Alexandra Kaydzhiyska to the newly created position of Executive Director, based in Brussels, Belgium.
Alexandra previously was AEIP’s Permanent Representative and Team Lead, in charge of developing AEIP; leading the Brussels-based team; and relations with European institutions & partners.
Earlier in her career, she was Policy Advisor for Financial & Economic Affairs with AEIP; Policy Assistant in the European Policies Unit of the European Institute of Public Administration (EIPA) based in Maastricht, The Netherlands; and National Project Coordinator in the E.U. Advocacy and Structural Funds Unit of CEE Bankwatch Network, based in Brussels.
Alexandra holds a double MSc degree in Public Policy & Development and Econometrics from the United Nations University Institute – MERIT and Maastricht Graduate School of Governance, The Netherlands; as well as a Bachelor degree in European Studies and Law from The Hague University, The Netherlands.
