Ana Losco started her professional life as a dentist, running her own practice for nine years before joining Harmonia Corretora de Seguros in 2005. Now, as Domestic and International Benefit Director, Ana has been responsible for national and international corporate accounts and SME segment. Her decade of experience in the insurance industry and expertise in HR and Employee Benefits has led her to manage large and medium-sized clients, developing efficient strategies for department managers and personalized customer service teams.

A WBN – EB Board Member and LATAM representative, Ana has comprehensive knowledge of the benefits market, with particular expertise in Health, Dental, Live, Private Pension, and Quality of Life products, as well as HR outsourcing. As she is actively involved the acquisition of new businesses and companies, her business development strategy focuses on results and effective plans of action according to client portfolios.

With a PMD from the IESE Business School in Barcelona, Spain, Ana is licensed in Brazil as a Property & Casualty and Employee Benefits Broker.
