In search of new sources of revenues, large employee benefits consulting firms are diversifying into and/or expanding employee engagement services. Modern Survey is responsible for software solutions in the areas of talent analytics, onboarding, 360^o feedback, engagement, retention, performance, and measurement. The acquisition of Modern Survey will allow Aon Hewitt to offer a stronger suite of workforce analytics solutions as well as the ability to create an aggregated, holistic view of the complete employee experience from date of hire to the exit interview.

The 40 employees of Modern Survey will join Aon Hewitt’s current team and the company’s three founders, Patrick Riley, Dan Riley, and Don MacPherson will assume leadership roles in Aon Hewitt’s Talent, Rewards, & Performance Practice.
