Chief Technical and Financial Officer, MAXIS GBN
MAXIS Global Benefits Network (MAXIS GBN [1]) in April 2022 announced the appointment of Federico Morosi as Chief Technical & Financial Officer, effective on May 2, 2022. Based in Paris, Federico oversees MAXIS GBN’s Finance, Legal, Portfolio Management and Reinsurance & Reporting teams. A member of MAXIS GBN’s Executive Committee, he reports to CEO Mattieu Rouot.
Jérôme Picon, Head of Finance & Operations, will be taking on new responsibilities within AXA from July 2022, after helping to ensure a smooth transition of the teams under his leadership.
Federico has more than 15 years’ experience in engineering; consulting; and insurance, most recently working for Generali as Area Manager for Argentina, Chile, and Portugal. In total he spent nine years with Generali, including four years as Chief Strategy and Financial Officer at Generali Employee Benefits (GEB); Head of Business Transformation for the Global Business Lines & International division; and Group Head of Organization / Workforce Planning. Previously, he was Project Leader at consulting firm Boston Consulting Group (BCG); Junior Consultant at Roland Berger Strategy Consultants; and he started his career as a Senior Radio Frequency Engineer at SWE-DISH Satellite Systems in Sweden.
Federico has a degree in Telecommunications Engineering from Politecnico di Milano (Italy) as well as a degree in Information Technology from the Royal Institute of Technology in Sweden. He also holds an MBA from INSEAD in France.
