Francoise Ah-Kuit in January 2019 joined cosmetics distributor Sephora (a member of LVMH Group) as Global Compensation & Benefits Project Director. She is based in Paris, France.

She joins Sephora from Van Cleef & Arpels where she was International Compensation & Benefits Director. Earlier, she was Compensation and Benefits Manager at Moët Hennessy, and an MBA Intern in International Benefits & Mobility Management at Louis Vuitton. Previously, she was Senior Manager in Group Compensation & Benefits; Regional Director of Operations; Compensation & Benefits and HR Development Manager; and Executive Management Compensation & Benefits Manager for Groupe La Poste (French national postal service) after beginning her career at Towers Watson as a Compensation & Benefits Consultant.

Francoise holds a Bachelor’s degree in Management Economics from the University of Paris-Sorbonne; a Master’s degree in Economic Sciences and Management from the University of Lyon; an advanced degree in human resources management from Bordeaux University; and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in International Human Resources from the École Normale Supérieure Paris-Saclay and Institut Magellan.
