Generali Group’s new management under Group CEO Philippe Donnet and Frédéric de Courtois, CEO of Global Business Lines and International, in November 2016 confirmed their commitment to the business units in charge of global mobility and global employee benefits, and in particular to Generali’s network, GEB. De Courtois at the GEB Forum 2016 [1] announced increased investments in GEB.
The areas targeted for growth in the years ahead include:
- The international mid-market
- Health and wellness
- Asia
- Affinity groups, i.e. cross-selling to employees through employers, a.k.a. B2B2E
- Business travel solutions
GEB [2]intends to continue building on Generali’s traditional values and attitudes of excellence, listening skills and management empowerment, to deliver on its mission, improve lives of employees and thus, corporate performance and resilience alike.
