Generali Employee Benefits (GEB) Network in January 2026 announced the celebration its 60th anniversary, highlighting six decades of network-led global employee benefits solutions and outlining a forward agenda focused on digital transformation, data-driven insights, inclusivity and sustainability.
GEB is Generali Group’s global employee benefits platform, coordinated from Luxembourg, operating through an ecosystem of partners to support multinational clients across regions (APAC, EMEA, Americas).
GEB frames the 60th anniversary as both a retrospective and a “bridge” to what comes next—anchored in the idea that employee benefits are evolving from traditional insured plans into more comprehensive health, well-being and risk-management solutions, supported by enhanced governance and reporting capabilities for multinational employers.
The message is clear: global benefits governance is moving faster towards:
- Better decision support: expanded global reporting and analytics to strengthen oversight and inform benefits strategy.
- Responsible digitization: investment in AI-enabled platforms to improve insight, coordination, and client decision-making.
- Broader “total care” scope: a more integrated approach across physical protection (health/accident/disability), emotional support, and financial protection (life/retirement).
Antoine Parisi (CEO, Generali Care) links the road-map to “care-centered products, advanced analytics and responsible AI” to help multinationals manage risk while supporting employees.
Ludovic Bayard (CEO, GEB) positions the milestone as a pivot toward “flexibility, inclusivity and innovation,” underlining GEB’s role connecting local insurers and multinational employers globally.
