From the Contributor Guidelines

  • Our mission at Global Benefits Vision is to make the accumulated knowledge and wisdom of the best experts available to all practitioners in an appealing, memorable way. Reading, learning, reflecting—and writing—are important parts of the learning process, in addition to hands-on practice. Continuous learning fosters better products, better services, better execution, better buying, better selling, better management, happier team members, and ultimately better benefits for the employees of internationalizing corporations and other organizations. Contribute to that mission!
  • We do care about editorial independence. Our credibility, which is also your credibility as an author, requires undisputed independence. Therefore, you cannot promote a firm’s services or products within an article, nor can you mention your company name or trademarked products and services in the text.
  • We do care about the long term, as opposed to short-lived information.
  • Many readers represent multinational organizations, usually at headquarter level. A typical reader is a global HR director or a member of the Global Compensation & Benefits, International Employee Benefits, or Global Rewards team. Other readers work on the supply side of the industry, i.e., for insurance carriers, pooling networks, brokers, consultants, law firms, assistance providers, or other members of the global employee-benefits ecosystem.
