Global insurance brokerage Hub International in February 2018 announced that it has acquired the shares of Pointbreak Consulting Group.

Headquartered in Burnaby, British Columbia – Canada, Pointbreak provides employee benefits and pension consulting services. Kevin Jeffrey, Principal and CEO of Pointbreak, will join Hub TOS and report to Dave Terry, President of Hub TOS.

Terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.
