IBIS 2018 – Updated Agenda and New Sessions Announced

IBIS Academy organizer Gallagher in February 2018 announced two key sessions for the 48th edition, to be held in Berlin, Germany on May 7 – 11 , 2018.

Global Family Leave
Fred Thiele, general manager, global benefits and mobility for Microsoft, will discuss Microsoft’s “monumental effort to expand and enhance its global family leave benefits”. Fred will offer practical advice for organizations interested in leading the way in this area of increasing importance to employees.

The Modern Worker
Work doesn’t look like it used to, as new forms of work and new technology transform the workplace. Organizations that have not experienced this shift yet likely will in the future. Clarity and direction in this session featuring Dr. Gerlind Wisskirchen, partner at C/M/S Law, and Brian Friedman, strategy director at Benivo and founder of The Forum for Expatriate Management.
