Kristin Sampson has more than 20 years of experience managing global mobility programs to help clients through the process of relocation while staying in compliance and realizing maximum cost efficiencies. Prior to joining Gallagher in 2008, Kristin was responsible for developing and managing Bausch & Lomb’s international relocation and global mobility program and providing hands-on service to senior management, global human resources and employees around the world.

Kristin speaks at local universities and professional global conferences on current competitive practices, managing employer costs, maximizing employee satisfaction and ensuring compliance.

She holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Finance, from Biola University in La Mirada, California and a GPHR (Global Professional in Human Resources) professional designation. She currently serves on the HRCI Global Expertise Panel for GPHR Exam Development.
