Peter Devlin is a Partner of Deloitte and heads their Total Rewards practice in Germany where he has been based for the last 16 years. In addition he leads the human capital Post Merger Integration team. He is responsible for advising clients on pensions, compensation and other Total Reward issues.

Prior to moving to Germany he was a pensions actuary and investment consultant based in London. He studied at City University, London, is a qualified UK actuary and did his Masters degree on east European economics and politics at SSEES.

He has written numerous articles on German and international pensions, rating agencies and pensions and on human capital M&A related topics.

He is based in Munich and speaks both English and German. He is currently chairman of the International Employee Benefits Association (IEBA) and chairs the German branch of IEBA.
