Pete is an experienced Research Director at ORC International with skills in managing qualitative and quantitative research programmes from inception through to insight delivery. He has 18 years of agency experience in delivering research for financial services sector clients and cares deeply about delivering robust research results that are engaging and can be used to drive change in an organization.

Since 2011 Pete has managed the ORC Financial Services team which:

• cover all sectors of finance with a specific focus on general and life insurance, wealth management and pensions & retirement planning;
• offers research services comprising qualitative and quantitative methodologies using a wide portfolio of interviewing techniques and advanced analytics to bring results to life. Key areas of focus include usage & attitude, proposition development and optimization, understanding customer needs, brand positioning and tracking and customer experience research.
• provide expertise at interviewing B2C and B2B audiences and interpreting insights according to individual client needs and market contexts. Our research expertise spans intermediaries, DFMs, EBCs, institutional investors, corporate decision makers and end customers.

Pete is a graduate from Queen Mary University of London where he studied French and Geography.
