Redion, the global care platform combining assistance, travel insurance and employee benefits across more than 190 countries, in November 2026 published its first voluntary Impact Report under its new brand identity, revealing a 35% reduction in corporate operations-related CO2 emissions compared to 2022.
The report, titled “Sustainability, Built Together,” outlines the Group’s progress against its 2025–2026 ESG roadmap across environmental, social and governance dimensions. On climate, Redion’s annual greenhouse gas assessment — involving more than 130 operational experts across 17 entities — now directly informs its 2030 targets and underpins a Net-Zero 2050 ambition. New shared medical repatriation flights and expanded EV assistance solutions further embed sustainability into the Group’s core service lines.
On the people side, Redion’s internal Pulse Survey reflects strong cultural alignment: 88% of employees support the company’s values, 87% are proud to work there, and 86% recommend it as a great place to work. The Group trained more than 1,100 managers under its We Impact leadership model and established minimum requirements for disability inclusion and wellbeing across its global entities.
Beyond its workforce, Redion expanded solutions with social value through its Employee Benefits business, now the world’s largest employee benefits network. The launch of the Medical Dashboard helps multinational clients across 133 countries better understand health trends and support employee wellbeing, while Redion’s health and senior care activities promote prevention, healthier lives and greater independence for vulnerable populations.
Redion also expanded its disability and inclusion programs, and developed Group-wide accessibility guidelines to make customer experiences and communications more inclusive.
Governance improvements are equally tangible. From 2026, every supplier contract will include a dedicated ESG clause, backed by a new Sustainable Purchasing Charter covering worker protection, environmental standards and business ethics. Redion also assessed the ESG maturity of over 1,700 towing providers across 12 countries.
As multinational employers face intensifying pressure to demonstrate responsible operations across their entire value chain, Redion’s structured supplier engagement and social impact frameworks signal a rising benchmark for ESG accountability in the employee benefits and assistance sector.
