Tim is a highly experienced global mobility strategy and operations specialist.

He has held senior roles within multinational organizations with responsibility for regional and global mobility programs. In addition to managing established programs, Tim has also designed, implemented and run global mobility programs for employers looking to grow  their international presence. He has ‘Big 4’ experience leading service delivery to a number of major global clients across a wide range of industries, helping them with the day-to-day running and ongoing development of their programs. This included providing a “high-touch” service to high profile executives relocating to take up strategically critical overseas posts.

Tim provides his clients with practical project support, offering input on the latest market trends, benchmarking relocation provisions and helping organizations to align HR, corporate and talent development strategies in the global mobility context. Tim also supports clients establishing businesses in new markets by providing a wide range of services, from coordinating the relocation of senior staff to lead the new business, to logistical support in sourcing office space and developing the office infrastructure, recruiting local employees, setting up payroll and developing employment benefit programs.

Tim is a regular speaker at industry conferences in the UK and overseas and is a published author of articles on a range   of topics in both global mobility and HR publications in the UK. He is on the judging panel for the Association of Relocation Professionals (ARP) Awards and was recognized as ‘highly commended’ in the Global Mobility Professional of the Year award at the Expatriate Management and Mobility Awards (EMMAs) in 2012.

He holds a BSC (Hons) in Cognitive Science and a MSc in Strategic Training and Development from the University of Surrey. His MSc dissertation examined how cultural differences affect learning styles when designing training programs for global roll-out.
