Dag Zwikker Joins ZGEBS as Regional Distribution Manager Nordics, Benelux

Zurich Global Employee Benefits Solutions (ZGEBS) in February 2023 announced the appointment of Dag Zwikker as Regional Distribution Manager for the Nordics and the Benelux markets, based in Zurich, Switzerland.

ZGEBS is part of Zurich Integrated Benefits, which brings together the various Zurich businesses providing global employee benefits, including cross-border corporate savings and risk solutions.

In a way, it is back to the roots for Dag as he started his career at a Zurich Agency and worked his way up developing insured benefits and savings plans for corporates in Europe that employ an internationally mobile workforce.

Dag’s last position as Practice Leader, international employee benefits was with Kessler, Switzerland’s largest insurance broker and local partner of global broker network, MMB. Earlier in his career, he was Head, Corporate Business Development ^[1] at Swiss broker ASN; Sales Executive Global Employee Benefits for Swiss Life Global Solutions; and Corporate Distribution Manager, respectively Corporate Client Relationship Manager with Zurich International Group Risk Solutions, now part of Zurich Integrated Benefits.

Dag also served a 3-year term as a member of the Executive Committee of IEBA Switzerland (International Employee Benefits Association, Swiss branch).

He holds a diploma in Business Management and Marketing from IVA Business School in Driebergen, The Netherlands; is an eficert EII-licensed European Insurance Intermediary; and a VBV Certified Swiss Insurance Broker; he speaks Dutch, German and English.
