Issiah Sakhabuth in August 2018 joined Mercer as a Principal in the Multinational Client Group based in London.
Issiah worked previously for Aon as a Principal Consultant in the International Retirement Practice and for KPMG as a Senior Manager in the Tax & Pensions Practice, after beginning her career as an actuarial trainee for Lloyds Banking Group. She has extensive experience in advising companies on their international retirement and employee benefits with a particular focus on global mobility, international and cross-border plans and post-merger integration of local benefits.
She holds a BSc in Maths & Statistical Science from University College London, a Post Graduate Diploma in Actuarial Science from City University, London, as well as the Diploma in International Employee Benefits (Dip. IEB) and the Advanced Diploma from the Pensions Management Institute (PMI), London.
Issiah is an active member of the International Employee Benefits Association (IEBA) where until recently she served as the Education Officer on the Main Committee and Chair of the PMI-IEBA Liaison Group.
