MAXIS GBN Appoints Damian Allepuz as Regional Director – Emea

MAXIS Global Benefits Network (MAXIS GBN) in October 2025 appointed Damian Allepuz as Regional Director – EMEA within its global Business Development (BD) team. Damian has been promoted from his role as Regional Manager for Western Europe, taking over from Aaron Brown ^[1] who is leaving MAXIS to take on an exciting new opportunity in the E.B. intermediary market.

Damian is responsible for all outbound business development across EMEA (Europe, Middle East and Africa). He will lead the MAXIS GBN business development teams in the region, ensuring the best possible service for its clients, network members and intermediaries. Since joining MAXIS in 2020, he and his team have doubled the company’s premium volume with Western European multinationals and tripled the number of large European captive clients.

Damian has over 22 years’ experience in the insurance industry where he has held a number of senior sales positions. He holds a General Management degree from Louvain School of Management, Louvain-la-Neuve, Belgium, and an Executive MBA from HEC Paris business school. He is originally from Spain and speaks fluent English, French, Italian and Spanish.
