In a strategic move to enhance its Business Development (BD) efforts across key global regions, MAXIS Global Benefits Network (MAXIS GBN) proudly announces the appointments of Aaron Brown and Larry Howley as the new Regional Directors for the Europe, Middle East, and Africa (EMEA) and Americas regions, respectively.

This announcement was made from London on 6 February 2024, marking a significant step in ensuring MAXIS GBN’s commitment to delivering unparalleled service to its clients, network members, and intermediaries.

Aaron Brown steps into the role of Regional Director – EMEA, bringing with him a rich tapestry of experience, having dedicated over 12 years to the global employee benefits industry. Brown’s journey with MAXIS GBN began in 2012, following a tenure at MetLife Europe.

His latest role as Regional Manager, UK & Ireland, saw him spearheading strategic client relationships across the region. Brown, a University of London alumnus with a degree in Global Politics and International Relations, expressed his enthusiasm about leading the BD teams across EMEA to foster growth and success.

Across the Atlantic, Larry Howley has been appointed as Regional Director – Americas, tasked with guiding the outbound Americas BD team. Howley’s 13 years of insurance industry experience, spanning financial management, underwriting, and BD, equip him well for this role.

His educational background is equally impressive, holding an MBA with a concentration in Finance from the University of North Carolina – Chapel Hill. Howley’s ambition is to navigate the exciting challenges and opportunities in the Americas, aiming to innovate in the employee benefits space alongside his team.

Paul Lewis, Chief Business Development Officer at MAXIS GBN, commended both Brown and Howley for their past contributions and successes within the company, expressing confidence in their abilities to excel in their new roles. Their appointments complete the BD leadership team alongside Juliet Kwek, Regional Director – APAC, positioning MAXIS GBN for further growth and success.
