Allianz Partners Makes Four Senior Health Business Appointments

Allianz Partners in May 2026 appointed four senior executives across its Health line of business as part of a segment-led strategy to enhance client service and drive sustainable growth in global markets.

Marco Fattori takes the role of Global Lead – Corporate Employee Benefits, bringing a decade of experience at Allianz including previous roles as Head of Account Management and Sales Director in Europe. He will oversee global strategy, account management and sales activities across key regions. Marco reports to Giovanni di Meo, Head of Commercial, Health and Benefits.

Gordon Delaney
Global Lead – Corporate IPMI
Allianz Partners

Gordon Delaney joins as Global Lead – Corporate IPMI from Cigna Healthcare, where he served as Sales Director for International Organizations. With over 20 years in international health insurance, including senior leadership roles at Cigna Healthcare, AXA Global Healthcare and Allianz Partners, he will lead growth initiatives and global pipeline development for the Corporate IPMI segment. Gordon also reports to Giovanni di Meo, Head of Commercial, Health and Benefits.

Cyril Samson becomes Employee Benefits Segment Sales Lead for Europe, leveraging his extensive Allianz Global Benefits experience since 2004. Cyril reports to Liam Hughes, Regional Head of Sales and Distribution Europe, Health and Benefits.

Paul Hogan was appointed Senior Sales Manager for UK Employee Benefits sales, bringing nearly 20 years of experience across international health and commercial insurance sectors. Paul also reports to Liam Hughes, Regional Head of Sales and Distribution Europe, Health and Benefits.

The appointments reflect Allianz Partners’ commitment to positioning itself as a comprehensive one-stop-shop for health and benefits brokers and clients across all markets. David Myers, Global Head of Sales and Key Account Management at Allianz Partners said: “We are delighted to announce four new senior appointments to our global sales team.
