Print This Post

Deloitte in April 2019 released its Global Human Capital Trends report for 2019.

The theme of the report is “Leading the social enterprise—Reinvent with a human focus” and the report examines the challenges organizations face to reinvent the ways in which they engage with their stakeholders.

The report cites “intensifying economic, social, and political issues,” as the driving factor in this need for change and states: “After nearly 10 years of economic growth, and despite a pervasive corporate focus on digital transformation, 84 percent of respondents told us they need to rethink their workforce experience to improve productivity.”

The 2019 Deloitte Global Human Capital Trends report examines trends such as the alternative workforce, establishing that it is now a mainstream of our work culture; leadership for the 21st century as a mix of “the traditional and new”; organizational performance as a team sport; accessing talent as more than simply acquisition.

There are also interactive charts and links to related blogs dealing with organizational design, evolving leadership in the social enterprise, and predictive analytics.

The report is available for viewing here.
