Gavin Royston in February 2021 joined Smith & Williamson Employee Benefit Consultants (S&W) as Associate Director, based in London, UK.

Gavin will spearhead S&W’s future development in the “strategically important” expatriate and international benefit market. The company plans to expand in this area and comments: “As we move into the post COVID landscape coupled with Brexit, UK firms will need to look at new markets and the opportunities to support with international benefit consulting will be key to future growth.”

Gavin joins S&W from iPMI insurer Globality Health where he was UK Sales Director. Globality is a member of the Munich Re / Ergo group. His previous positions include Senior Manager, Business Development at A Plus International Holdings in Hong Kong; Development Manager for Asia Pacific in Hong Kong and Regional Development Manager for UK/Europe in London at William Russell; and Business Development and Sales Manager at BUPA in the UK.
