International health benefits provider MSH International in April 2021 appointed Guillaume Deybach as Chief Operating Officer of its Americas division and General Manager for the United States market.

MSH International, a subsidiary of SIACI Saint Honoré, specializes in the design and management of international health, death and disability insurance solutions for globally mobile populations. With regional headquarters in Toronto, Paris, Dubai and Shanghai and 19 service offices worldwide, MSH International provides services to around 2,000 corporate clients and more than 400,000 insured members across nearly 200 countries.

Based in North America, Deybach will oversee the company’s regional operations and support the expansion of MSH International’s activities in the United States. His responsibilities include leading the operations team as well as overseeing distribution processes and product development cycles across the Americas region.

Deybach brings more than 20 years of management experience in international health insurance and assistance services. Prior to joining MSH International, he served as President and CEO of GeoBlue, where he led the company’s strategic growth and improved both customer satisfaction and profitability. Earlier in his career, he spent 14 years as President and CEO of Europ Assistance North America, where he expanded the company’s assistance offerings and client portfolio while growing revenues through both organic development and acquisitions.

Robin Ingle, CEO of MSH International (Americas), said Deybach will work closely with teams across marketing, analytics, finance and distribution to strengthen the company’s client offering.

Deybach holds a degree in Business Organization from ESSCA Business School in France.
