Focusing more on general consulting and sales he moved to the “Pensionskasse der Mitarbeiter der Höchstgruppe VVaG” (a Pensionskasse is special form of an insurer for occupational pension plans in Germany) where he was responsible to represent the Pensionskasse towards its employers.
