Generali introduced Redion on 26 May 2026 as the brand for its global Care platform, bringing together Europ Assistance and Generali Employee Benefits. Antoine Parisi, the existing Generali CARE Hub chief executive, leads Redion as group CEO. The company says the businesses have operated as an integrated entity for nearly three years. Generali describes a platform spanning employee protection, medical and emergency assistance, travel insurance, health and mobility services.
