Antoine Parisi, CEO of Redion Group, appointed to Generali’s Group Management Committee

Redion – Generali
Following the announcement of Generali’s new organization on October 20, Antoine Parisi, CEO of Redion Group, a world leader in assistance, travel insurance and employee benefits, will join Generali’s Group Management Committee on January 1, 2027. He will support Philippe Donnet, Group CEO, and Giulio Terzariol, Direttore Generale – Group Deputy CEO, in shaping the Group’s strategic priorities and overseeing their delivery.
This appointment recognizes the role Redion plays within Generali and the journey its teams are building: a global, integrated and technology-enabled Care platform that brings together prevention, insurance and assistance to better serve clients and partners around the world.
As part of Generali’s new organization, Redion Group will report directly to Giulio Terzariol, Group Deputy CEO. This change aims to bring service capabilities and insurance expertise closer together, in order to develop more distinctive solutions tailored to clients’ needs.
“I am grateful to Philippe Donnet and Giulio Terzariol for their trust, and I thank Jean-Laurent Granier for his support and coaching since 2018. Joining Generali’s Group Management Committee is both a privilege and a responsibility. I look forward to bringing Redion’s perspective and ambition to the table, and to contributing to our shared future. This recognition belongs to the entire Redion team: their commitment, expertise and energy have brought us this far,” said Antoine Parisi, CEO of Redion Group.
This appointment is part of the evolution of Generali’s organization, designed to support the final phase of its “Lifetime Partner 27: Driving Excellence” strategic plan and to prepare the next strategic cycle, 2028–2030.
For over a decade, Antoine Parisi has shaped Redion into the world’s #1 in employee benefits and a leader in travel insurance and assistance, operating in 190+ countries with €5.8 billion in annual business volume. He is CEO of Redion Group, Generali Group’s global Care platform.
He has led Europ Assistance since 2014, growing its revenue from €1.3 billion to €4.5 billion. In 2022, he took on Generali Employee Benefits alongside it, creating Generali Care. In 2025, his mandate expanded to include B2B2C insurance retail and health services, and in 2026 the platform was named Redion. That same year, the acquisition of the Swiss Life Employee Benefits Network made Redion the world’s undisputed #1 in employee benefits, the first global number one in Generali Group’s history. He also leads Generali Group’s embedded insurance strategy, building protection solutions distributed directly through partners’ platforms, from travel and mobility to banking and digital ecosystems.
Before Europ Assistance, Antoine held senior roles at AXA Group, including CEO of AXA Group Solutions, COO of AXA Belgium, and Chairman & CEO of AXA Assistance France.
He holds an Executive MBA from ESSEC and a Diploma in Actuarial Studies from the University of Paris VI.
