Matt Frost is the Business Development Director of Communications for the Employee Engagement and Communications team at Arthur J. Gallagher & Co. Matt’s primary role is helping clients identify their employee communication needs and develop tailored strategies that will engage employees and support business results.
Based in the UK, Matt works with clients all over the world. He has more than 15 years of experience collaborating with organizations of all different shapes, sizes and sectors to raise the standard of their benefit communications. As an advisor to company boards, executive teams, unions and management on a range of highly complex, technical and sensitive communication projects, Matt helps them think strategically about what, why and how they should communicate. His focus is on increasing employees’ levels of benefit plan awareness, appreciation and participation.
Matt’s passion for clear, honest and creative communication has helped some of world’s largest companies successfully connect their employees to their benefit arrangements. A regular public speaker and commentator, Matt enthusiastically shares his broad knowledge of benefits, communication, engagement and technology, and detailed understanding of the global retirement landscape. He is known for his ability to establish an easy rapport with audiences and motivate employers to use communication to inform, engage and drive action. Matt is a qualified member of the Pensions Management Institute (PMI), and an active member of the Money Purchase Pension Forum (MPPF) and The National Association of Pensions Fund Limited (NAPF). He also serves as a board member of the International Association of Business Communicators (IABC).
