LeAnne Stefl is Practice Leader of the Multinational Benefits & Human Resources practice, within Gallagher’s Benefits & HR Consulting Division. She has more than 30 years of insurance industry experience, including executive and leadership positions with several large global consultancies. Prior to joining Gallagher, LeAnne has worked as President and CEO for Solvere Global Solutions and Director of Employee Benefits for Worldwide Brokerage Network (WBN), Executive Vice President, Strategy & Consulting for HUB International, and Executive Vice President, Director of Global Client Advocacy for Willis.
As practice leader, LeAnne guides her team to design competitive, compliant and customized programs that support the organizational wellbeing of our global clients. Her team supports our clients by providing solutions and services to address their global employees’ physical and emotional wellbeing, security and safety, as well as financial and career wellbeing. She ensures that the core offerings of her practice – Global Benefits Management, Global Mobility Consulting, GVISOR, and IBIS Academy – all support the delivery of our Gallagher Better WorksSM approach to employers globally.
LeAnne holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and a Certificate in Accounting from University of California, San Diego, and a Certificate in Global Benefits Management from the International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans. She is a recognized leader in the industry, having served as a faculty member, guest speaker and published author. LeAnne is a frequent speaker at industry events, including IBIS Academy 2019 and Worldwide Broker Network 2016, 2017, 2018, and 2019. LeAnne has been interviewed and published, including Global Benefits Vision 2017, Employee Benefit Advisor 2015, Crain’s Benefits Outlook 2014, and Benefits & Compensation International 2009. Additionallly, she holds Life & Health and Property & Casualty insurance licenses.
