Nicola Fordham, who previously held the position of Chief Underwriting Officer at MAXIS GBN, will now lead a newly established function within the company. Her primary focus will be on evolving MAXIS GBN’s insurance solutions and global programmes, ensuring they remain competitive and tailored to meet the dynamic challenges faced by the company’s multinational client base.

With over two decades of experience as a pricing underwriter, Nicola brings a wealth of expertise to her new role. She joined MAXIS GBN in 2017 as Director of Underwriting, later stepping into the Chief Underwriting Officer position in 2021. During her tenure, she led a talented team of pricing underwriters, working closely with the network of local insurers, the EU Underwriting Hub, and multinational clients. Her contributions have been vital to MAXIS GBN’s growth and success, and she is expected to bring the same level of excellence to her new role.
