New Executive Committee Announced at Diot-Siaci

Coming shortly after the announcement of their merger, the new Diot-Siaci group, which is now the leading broker on the French market, in November 2022 finalized the make-up of its future executive committee.

This new management body will include eleven members, coming from both Diot and Siaci.

At the top of the group, Pierre Donnersberg, Chairman of Diot-Siaci, and Christian Burrus, Vice-Chairman and General Manager.

Changes affecting international benefits, including global mobility products, are outlined below:

  • Frédéric Van Rockeghem, currently Managing Director of MSH International, the S2H subsidiary specializing in international social protection (aka expats), will take over the new group’s support functions such as finance, legal, compliance, and IT.
  • Going forward, Frédéric Grand will head MSH International and international development projects for this line of business.
  • Thierry Vachier, currently Managing Director of Social Protection and Consulting at S2H, will lead the combined social protection and HR consulting practice.

The new management team will assume its duties on 1 January 2022.
