Occupational Wellness Series – Introducing Adrien Chignard’s Daily “Psych Tips”
Although it has now been some time since COVID-19 swept the planet, most countries are still reporting a significant number of new cases each day. Despite the gradual easing of restrictions, businesses must still manage the effects of the virus on the wellbeing of their people and find new ways of functioning throughout this difficult period.
To do our part in this collective effort, over the coming weeks we’ll be posting a daily psychology “tip of the day” as part of our Occupational Wellness Series.
The author of these posts is Adrien Chignard, an organizational psychologist with 14 years of experience promoting quality of life at work and preventing psycho-social risks. He is also the founder of Sens & Coherence – a firm specializing in innovative approaches to promoting quality of work-life and preventing psycho-social risks at work. Adrien has been very active over the COVID-19 pandemic, sharing advice on managing emotions during confinement, on the concept of “sense-making” and on preparing a successful return to work. His posts, articles, and webinars have received a resounding response within France and overseas, and we are delighted to be able to share his advice with our readers.
