As a Distinguished Professor of International Business at Northeastern University, Paula Caligiuri directs the CALL Program, a corporate-sponsored international volunteerism program in partnership with the National Peace Corps Association.

Paula has authored or co-authored several award- winning articles and books in the area of expatriate management, global leadership development, and cultural agility, including Cultural Agility: Building a Pipeline of Successful Global Professionals (Jossey-Bass, 2012), Managing the Global Workforce (Wiley, 2010), and Get a Life, Not a Job: Do What You Love and Let Your Talents Work for You (FT Press, 2010). Paula is currently serving as an Area Editor for the Journal of International Business Studies, the leading academic journal in the field of international business.

She is the founder and president of TASCA Global, a consulting firm dedicated to building cultural agility in the workforce.

Paula holds an M.S. and Ph.D. from Penn State University in industrial and organizational psychology.
