Priscila Conduta Elias is President and CEO of Harmonia Brazil. With over 15 years of experience in the insurance industry across all lines of insurance, Priscila is responsible for the Reinsurance and Benefit operations in Brazil (PlurisRe). As main officer of Howden Harmonia, she is responsible for business and client relations, as well as for the quality of the services provided to the company’s clients throughout Brazil.

Priscila joined Harmonia Corretora de Seguros S.A. in November 2001, and was director of Employee Benefits, where she was responsible for all operations and main client relationships. She has been president since December, 2011. She was also named president of the International Benefit Network from 2014 to 2016, and is also a member of IBN’s Young Presidents Organization.

Priscila holds degrees in Civil Engineering, Escola Politécnica – Universidade de São Paulo; PMD, IESE Business School – Barcelona Spain, and has received a Harvard CEO YPO training Board Member Certificate by IBGC. She holds broker’s licenses in Property & Casualty and Employee Benefits in Brazil.
