Ruchika Pal is the founder of Talent Root Consulting, which specializes in areas of Talent Rewards, Performance and Analytics. She is an experienced talent management and total rewards professional, with a good understanding of the talent landscape of Southeast and South Asia, including India, Bangladesh, Pakistan, Vietnam, Singapore, Philippines, Indonesia, South Africa and Sri Lanka. She has more than 16 years of practitioner experience, with more than a decade with Mercer Consulting. At Mercer India, she has consulted clients in the areas of HR Consulting, Rewards, Performance Management and Global Mobility and has driven international rewards projects and policy development, in discussion with the HR Leadership teams.
Her technical expertise spans areas such job evaluation, banding, market-pricings, compensation and benefits benchmarking, compensation structuring, pay banding, benefits due diligence, performance management design and goal setting, global mobility policy design, expat compensation model design, etc. In her last role with Mercer, she was the India Leader for TRS (Total Remuneration Survey), Global Mobility and the Market leader for Bangladesh.
