Gallagher’s Benefits and HR Consulting Division Names Sarah Dick as Area Vice President, Global Risk Solutions Center of Excellence North America

Gallagher, a global leader in insurance brokerage, risk management and consulting services, in September 2022 announced Sarah Dick has joined as its new Area Vice President and National Clients Team Leader in the Multinational Benefits & HR Consulting practice in Gallagher’s Benefits and HR Consulting Division. Dick is based in Tucson, AZ and will be responsible for leading the large case Center of Excellence (COE) business and developing the Global Risk Solutions Strategy.

Dick brings more than 25 years of experience to Gallagher, most recently working with Aetna International where she served as Lead Director of Sales and Account Management. She successfully led a team of sales executives and account managers who specialize in strategically managing and growing global benefits programs. Prior, she managed many of Aetna International’s largest clients in the tech, oil/gas and NGO sectors. Dick also was the lead resource for four national consulting firms. Throughout her career, Dick has directed initiatives to drive industry-leading solutions, innovations, and influence expatriate benefits strategies.

In her new role at Gallagher, Dick will be leading the national large client team within the Global Risk Solutions – Center of Excellence (GRS-COE) business unit. She will be responsible for driving revenue growth by building and maintaining valuable relationships with prospects and clients. This is achieved through understanding their global business and implementing Gallagher’s comprehensive approach to benefits, compensation, retirement, employee communication and workplace culture.
