Lockton in November 2017 added six new hires to its U.K. domestic and global employee benefits teams.

Michael Gillan joins Lockton as Associate Benefits Consultant. Michael joins Lockton from Ombudsman Services where he worked as Investigation Officer. Prior to this, Michael spent four years as Group Risk Scheme Underwriter at Friends Life/Aviva. Michael joins the Manchester team to add additional risk expertise to Lockton’s growing portfolio of SME clients.

Dymphna Hopkins joins in a newly formed production role to support the growing number of new client enquiries and engagements. Dymphna was previously Business Relationship Manager, at EML Sydney for four years where she was responsible for client on-boarding, client retention and new business development.

Lauren Herington joins the London team, as Account Manager from Conduent HR Services where she worked for six years as an Associate Consultant.

Dominique Cottee joins the Global Consulting Team as International Benefits Analyst, she was previously an Account Consultant at Project Associates Ltd London.

Toby Dennis joins London as Associate Benefits Consultant from Corporate Sports International where he worked as a Sales Executive.

Alexandra Cooper joins as an Administration Assistant.

Lockton’s U.K. benefits practice was launched in January 2013, the first ‘new to market’ benefit consultancy for many years. Additions to the team are due to double digit year-on-year growth and a comprehensive sales and marketing strategy.
