Tobias Winkler is Senior Director Employee Benefits at Albatros, the inhouse broker of the Lufthansa Group. Starting his career in the German Life Insurance industry, he previously worked for Allianz and Standard Life before he joined Albatros in 2005. Together with his team he is in charge of all insured employee benefit programs in the Lufthansa Group. Tobias successfully led various international projects. He just recently developed a new flight disability insurance for cabin crews of Lufthansa and started using the Lufthansa captive for special EB-risks.

Tobias holds a Bachelor’s Degree in European Business Administration. He is Chairman of “Albatros Unterstützungskasse e.V.”, a German pension vehicle for subsidiaries of the Lufthansa Group.
