Alda’s 28-year career has spanned investment banking in the United States, training and instructional design in India, and entrepreneurship in insurance broking at Prudent Insurance Brokers.

Alda co-founded the Delhi branch of Prudent Insurance Brokers Pvt. Ltd. in 2005 and has been part of the senior leadership that has grown the company to over 650 employees across 9 cities today. She has held various cross-functional roles at Prudent, including business development, liability underwriting, Key Account Servicing, employee benefits consulting, and global partnership development.

Alda advises multinational clients on market entry through placement of their employee benefits program, insurance and statutory benefits regulations, and market-leading practices.

Alda grew up in the United States and has a B.A. in Urban Studies with a minor in Economics from Columbia College of Columbia University. She has lived in India since 1993 and uses her international experience to support multinational employers in understanding and navigating the Indian Employee Benefits landscape.
