Levi Strauss Names Kathy Farmer VP Global Benefits

Kathy Farmer has been promoted to Vice President, Global Benefits, for Levi Strauss & Co., as of March 2019. Ms. Farmer was formerly Senior Director Global Benefits at Levi Strauss for six years.

Ms. Farmer joined Levi Strauss & Co. in 2013 after serving as Total Rewards Principal Consultant with The Clorox Company, where she designed and deployed global solutions for the Total Rewards practice with a focus on global benefits. Previous to that, she was leader of Global Transformation and Change Program Management at Hewlett-Packard, where she also served as Director, Global Benefits, and Director of Compensation and Benefits (US).

Farmer holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Speech and Political Science from Northwestern University and has participated in the Executive Education, Strategic Change and Organizational Transformation programs at Harvard Business School (2001).
