MAXIS Global Benefits Network (MAXIS GBN) is pleased to announce the appointment of Suzanna Hicks and Nathan Dewhurst as Member Managers, reinforcing their commitment to providing top-notch support to network members across the Europe, Middle East, and Africa (EMEA) regions.

Suzanna Hicks, who joined MAXIS GBN in July 2023, brings a wealth of experience from her previous role at AXA Health. With five years as a Care Coordination Pathway Manager, Suzanna’s expertise includes change management, project management, third-party relationship management, auditing, and people management. Her deep understanding of employee benefits and private medical insurance (PMI) uniquely positions her to serve MAXIS GBN’s members in the UK, Ireland, the Middle East, and Africa.

Nathan Dewhurst, appointed as a Member Manager in August 2023, returns to MAXIS GBN with a strong background in employee benefits. His prior tenure from 2019-22 in the UK & Ireland Business Development team and experience at Aon as a Broker Consultant equip him to oversee MAXIS GBN’s members across continental Europe.

As Member Managers, Suzanna and Nathan play a pivotal role in managing MAXIS network members in the EMEA region. They represent local insurers’ needs within MAXIS GBN’s projects and initiatives, provide training and education, and maintain crucial relationships between MAXIS and members. This ensures that MAXIS GBN continues to offer tailored solutions to meet the growing needs of multinational clients, helping them care for their employees effectively.

MAXIS GBN, with over 140 network members globally and around 50 in the EMEA region, continues to enhance client support and deliver exceptional solutions. The appointments of Suzanna Hicks and Nathan Dewhurst reaffirm MAXIS GBN’s dedication to meeting the evolving needs of multinational clients and ensuring they receive top-quality care for their employees.
