Fabián Bukschtein, 36 years old, married and a father of two, has been a Corporate Compensation and Benefits manager for Arcos Dorados, Mc Donald’s Latin America business, since September 2014 in charge of management and administration of Corporate Compensation and Long Term Incentives.
Prior to joining Arcos Dorados, he worked at Towers Watsons in Argentina as a Benefits and M&A senior consultant for 14 years, in the implementation of Employee Benefit Programs: Pension Plans and Executive Compensation programs analysis and designs, communication, actuarial valuation and financial planning.
An actuary, Fabián graduated from the University of Buenos Aires where he performed himself as a finance professor. He also has a Masters Degree in Finance from Torcuato Ditella University.
