Tax partner Michael Bussa has been named the national leader, U.S., for the Global Reward Services (GRS) practice of audit, tax and advisory firm KPMG.

Bussa has more than 30 years’ experience advising organizations on the structuring, implementation, and tax and regulatory compliance of their global reward programs to his new position. According to him, “Globalization, technological advances, regulatory changes, the future of retirement, the shifting landscape of health care – all these and other trends are posing new challenges for companies and their H.R. and tax departments”.

He holds a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) cum laude in Accounting from City University of New York-Brooklyn College.

The GRS practice is a part of the Global Mobility Services service line in KPMG’s Tax practice. It combines proprietary technology, such as Global Equity Tracker, and data & analytics with deep regulatory and corporate experience across the compensation and benefits, mobility, and tax and regulatory compliance landscape to deliver the real-time insight that company leaders need in order to effectively strengthen their reward programs.
