LeAnne Stefl joins WBN as Director of Employee Benefits

LeAnne joins WBN from WBN member and broker HUB International, where she was responsible for account management, member services and health & performance teams in the San Diego Executive Leadership team. Prior to HUB, LeAnne worked on the East Coast for 14 years. She led Willis’ Multinational Employee Benefits Practice after being a Senior Consultant and Team Leader with Mercer, where she focused on U.S. benefit programs.
LeAnne is a recognized global employee benefits industry leader who served on the faculty for the International Foundation of Employee Benefit Programs (IFEBP) Certificate in Global Benefits Management; presented at the 2013 Zurich Forum, 2012 Generali Employee Benefits Forum, and the 2010 World Medical Tourism and Global Healthcare Congress; and co-authored “Global planning for the unpredictable – preparation for a ‘black swan’ event”, in Benefits & Compensation International, Global Benefits Vision’s predecessor publication.
LeAnne received a B.A. degree in Economics and a Certificate in Accounting from the University of California-San Diego and holds a Certificate in Global Benefits Management from IFEBP.
