MAXIS GBN launches new digital services for members and clients
MAXIS Global Benefits Network (MAXIS GBN), a global joint venture between MetLife and AXA, in April 2017 announced the launch of its new website, client portal, and member portal as part of the firm’s extensive investment in its digital infrastructure.
The new site has revised content about MAXIS GBN’s network, solutions, and thought leadership. The latter includes the new, monthly, Viewpoint series, webinars, and health and wellness white-papers.
The new member portal, OneMember, increases MAXIS GBN’s capability to engage with its network members and helps forge a stronger sense of community. Members can access MAXIS GBN’s client list and shared prospect pipeline, download all marketing collateral from one place, watch training videos and webinars, and find useful information such as access to the Bridge reporting and reinsurance tool.
OneClient, the new client portal, will provide clients with 24/7 access to reports and further services including access to compliance and market data on employee benefits around the globe. Clients will also have the ability to book report walkthroughs, meetings and webinars, as well as providing direct feedback to the MAXIS GBN team.
Since MAXIS opened its new head office in February 2017 in London, they have invested heavily in new technology and digital services to support member insurance firms and global clients.
