Peter has more than 25 years of insurance industry experience and is a recognized industry leader in employee benefits, risk financing, captive reinsurance and new product development. Peter has deep expertise in technical consulting and sales, client relationship management and new product development, and has a track record of success in both the insurance carrier and broker/consulting fields.

Peter works with companies, plan sponsors and captives of all sizes on strategy, design and implementation of creative insurance solutions and risk financing arrangements with focused expertise in captives, global/ multinational employee benefits solutions, retirement benefits, voluntary benefits, executive benefits and new product development.

Prior to joining Spring, Peter held various leadership positions within Prudential, including National Director of Advanced Markets where Peter served as Prudential’s company-wide subject matter expert in captives, multinational pooling/global solutions, employee benefit risk financing solutions and cash value group life insurance (GUL and GVUL). Peter is a frequent presenter on these topics at industry events and conferences
