Olga Collins New CEO at WBN

Olga Collins in April 2021 became the new Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the Worldwide Broker Network (WBN), based in San Francisco, California. She succeeds Francie Starnes, who became CEO five years ago and will assume the role of CEO Emeritus through 2021.

Collins had been leading WBN member firm Beecher Carlson’s multinational practice for 7 years, as well as WBN’s Young Professionals Academy. Beecher Carlson is the large account division of U.S. broker Brown & Brown. Additionally, she’s been a member of the WBN Board of Directors since 2019. She began her career as Risk Manager at UPS.

Collins earned a B.S. in finance from Syracuse University and an M.B.A. from LeMoyne College, as well as the Associate in Risk Management (ARM) designation. Olga was named a 2019 Business Insurance Women to Watch, Hot 100 by Insurance Business America, 2020 Power Broker in the International category, and 2020 Elite Women.
