Tiffany Ulbing, CEBS, has been named Director, Education and Outreach, for the International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans (IFEBP), effective July, 2019. She will remain based in the Milwaukee, Wisconsin area. Ulbing was previously the Director of Educational Programs from 2010 to 2019.
